Well Watch does not provide investment advice, financial planning services, or broker-dealer services. We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or funding portal with the SEC or any state regulatory authority.

Users are responsible for verifying their own accredited investor status, conducting independent due diligence on any investment opportunity, consulting with qualified legal, financial, and tax advisors before making investment decisions, and maintaining the confidentiality of any PPM documents received.

Well Watch shall not be held liable for any investment losses, the accuracy of information provided by third-party sponsors, any damages arising from the use of information on this Platform, or decisions made based on the content displayed on the Platform.

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are the property of Well Watch. Investment opportunity content is provided by and remains the property of the respective fund sponsors.
